Drink or Sip operates on a print-on-demand model, ensuring each product is unique and crafted upon order placement. As a result, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.
Nevertheless, in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging. Contact our team within 30 days of receiving the product through our Contact form and select “Damaged product” and include a clear photo that clearly illustrates the problem.
